Bride & Groom Responsibilities

  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Approved caterer 

  • Card box

  • Flowers

  • Head table and guest table centerpieces

  • Hiring photographer and videographer

  • Other decorations may be brought to the farm and will be arranged by the coordinator.

  • Set up for items can be brought to the barn three days in advance

  • All celebrations end by 11 p.m.

Policies

  • Booking requires a $3000 deposit with the balance due 30 days before the event.

  • Cost does not include food, alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks

  • All celebrations end at 11 p.m.

  • Alcohol shots are prohibited.

  • Do not drink and drive. Share a ride to stay alive.

  • Parking lot secure for overnight parking.
